The New Blank was tasked with developing a series of irreverent, low fi and quick turn TBS March Madness Brand IDs. We jumped at the chance and developed a few ideas centered on a wordplay of sorts on march madness: temporary insanity, while showcasing the individual shows and networks sense of humor.

The Process

We dug into each of the shows looking for key aspects of each we could play with to create humorous moments whether through editorial gags or with puppets— because who doesn’t enjoy a good puppet version of Conan? The TBS March Madness Brand IDs were designed to be able to be produced quickly as the March Madness event progressed.
