    What is the length of commitment?

    Our standard length of support is 6 months to 1 year. We ask for 45 day’s notice for any changes to the team structure.

    What is the difference between Staff Augmentation and Managed Services?

    We typically bill at lower rates, pay our employees more than staff augmentation, and hire teams as full-time crew. We have a killer culture which helps promote retention. Staff Aug is about the contract, we’re about the relationships.

    Where will the teams be located?

    Our teams are remote and fully distributed but clustered in North America and Europe. We can also build teams in India and South America as needed.

    We offer market or below-market rates while ensuring premium quality, taking the management burden off you. Individual rates typically range between $100 and $350/hr.

    Invoices are created on a sprint basis (every two weeks), and payments follow the same cadence on a trailing two-week basis.
